Registration Now Open! Enjoy ever-changing views and terrain on “Devil Mountain.” You’ll enjoy sweeping panoramic views from the summit and highest point in the Bay Area. On a clear day, one can see hundreds of miles of California landscape. The trail cuts through meadowlands and sedimentary rock formations carved out by water and wind, to the rocky summit. Register today for the ultimate mountain challenge.

Champro Sports: This 100% Dri-Gear polyester fabric wicks moisture away from the body. This lightweight soft t-shirt is short sleeve and comes in both men and women's fit.

Patagonia Shirts: Stay dry and cool and get some protection from the sun and salt in silky, lightweight Capilene. It’s quick to wick, ultra breathable and fast to dry. Made from 100% all-recycled polyester with 15 UPF sun protections and Gladiodor natural odor control. When ordering the size, they tend to run small.

The course is hilly and scenic on single-track trails and dirt roads. The 25km course climbs to the summit (3,849 ft.) and returns to the Mitchell Canyon Trailhead. The 50km event does two loops to the summit.

Aid Stations:

We will provide a variety of fresh fruit, salty snacks, salted potatoes, PB&J sandwiches, salt tabs, sugary snacks, Clif Shot Bloks, sports drink, cola and water. Runners in the 50 km may leave a drop bag at the 25 km mark at the Mitchell Canyon Aid Station starting point with personal needs. It is highly recommended that runners carry at least 20 oz. of water between aid stations.

Awards:

Awards are given to the 1st place female and male finishers overall in each distance. Ribbons are awarded to the female and male 1st, 2nd and 3rd place finisher in each ten-year age group for each distance. All finishers will receive a custom medal with the race logo. Ultramarathon (50km) finishers will receive a custom event coaster.
