PCTR Online Coaching Program

Welcome to PCTR's online coaching program. This program is designed to help you prepare for the distance of your choice by providing an outline for safe and effective in-depth training, tailored to your needs. Whether you are participating in your first trail run, trying a new distance, or trying to fine tune your performance, we have an option to suit your preference.

We've developed an 8 or 12 week mileage program for our related race distances, with careful consideration of adhering to sound training principles. By incorporating gradual build-up of mileage, rest days, recovery runs, hard efforts/hill work and long runs, you will get you to the finish line in fine form.

After choosing the appropriate distance, we recommend you refer to the below program descriptions to help determine which timeline will work best for your goals.

8 WEEKS: $175 12 WEEKS: $250
Designed for –
  • New trail runners preparing for the short distance options
  • Runners with a well-established base to step up to the next distance
  • Optimizing your performance in your current distance

  • Idividuals looking to step up to the ultra distance

While we look forward to seeing you out on the trails at one of our events, you do not need to be registered for a PCTR event to take advantage of our coaching services.
