On Saturday, February 2, 2024, the Woodside Trail Run invites runners to experience the beauty of California trail running through Huddart and Wunderlich Parks. This race has something for everyone. Set in the picturesque town of Woodside, CA, the course offers breathtaking views and challenging elevation gains to test runners of all levels.

Overview

The Woodside Trail Run starts at Huddart County Park, located on King’s Mountain Road. The route takes runners through stunning redwood forests, ferns, and scenic trails that weave through King’s Mountain, Bear Gulch, and Wunderlich Park. Each course is meticulously measured using a surveyor’s measuring wheel, ensuring precision and accuracy.

The event offers four different distances:

  1. 10km, with an elevation gain of 1,110 feet
  2. 17km, with a gain of 1,890 feet
  3. 35km, with a challenging 2,990 feet of elevation gain
  4. 50km, pushing runners with an elevation gain of 4,530 feet

Participants may take in the beauty of the redwood groves and the tranquility of the surrounding environment. Hikers are welcome to participate in the shorter distances.
